Đầu tiên, cho bơ, đường, muối và nước vào một cái chảo. Sau đó, thêm cả bột mì vào. Phô mai mang bào sợi.
Khuấy nhanh tay để tất cả các nguyên liệu quyện vào nhau thành hỗn hợp đặc sánh. Đến khi hỗn hợp trông như hình là được.
Cho bột vào thố, đập từng quả trứng vào rồi đánh đều với máy đánh trứng. Sau khi đã đánh tất cả trứng vào, thêm cả phô mai bào sợi nữa và chừa lại một ít phô mai sợi để riêng. Sau khi trộn đều, cho hỗn hợp vào túi bắt kem.
Trải giấy nến lên khay nướng rồi bắt bột thành từng chiếc bánh nhỏ. Làm nóng lò ở 230 độ C.
Rắc phô mai sợi phần còn lại lên trên bánh lần nữa. Nướng bánh trong lò khoảng 7-8’, đến khi bánh nở ra. Sau đó, giảm nhiệt độ lò xuống còn 175 độ C rồi nướng trong 20-25’, đến khi bánh chuyển màu vàng nâu đẹp mắt. Ăn bánh ngay khi nóng, sẽ rất ngon đấy!
