Thịt chiên giòn chấm sốt Tonkatsu với chỉ vài nguyên liệu trong cửa hàng bán đồ Nhật là bạn sẽ làm được món nước sốt ngon tuyệt để chấm với thịt chiên giòn.
Bánh mì gối bạn cắt bỏ phần riềm, chỉ lấy phần giữa mềm. Dùng tay bóp mịn bánh hoặc cho vào máy xay sinh tố khô, xay thật nhỏ. Thịt heo rửa sạch, để ráo, dùng dao băm sơ trên bề mặt thịt. Rắc lên bề mặt thịt chút muối và hạt tiêu, ướp khoảng 15 phút. Đập trứng gà ra bát, đổ bột mì và vụn bánh mì ra đĩa riêng.
Lăn lần lượt miếng thịt qua đĩa bột mì rồi đến bát trứng và cuối cùng là đĩa vụn bánh mì. Cho thịt vào âu to, bọc túi nilon sạch để vào tủ lạnh khoảng 1 tiếng.
Táo gọt vỏ, thái hạt lựu nhỏ. Hành tây bóc vỏ khô, thái hạt lựu. Cho nước tương, nước sốt thịt bò, sốt Worcestershire, siro bắp, đường nâu, táo và hành tây vào nồi, dùng thìa gỗ khuấy khoảng 5-8 phút thì tắt bếp. Đổ nước sốt vào rổ lọc lấy phần nước, bỏ phần bã là bạn đã có bát nước sốt Tonkatsu kiểu Nhật.
Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, đun sôi, thả thịt đã ướp vào chiên. Thỉnh thoảng lật mặt để thịt chín vàng đều. Thịt chín gắp ra để ráo mỡ.
Thái thịt thành từng miếng nhỏ vừa ăn, chấm kèm nước sốt đã pha, dùng nóng với cơm. Thịt chiên giòn chấm sốt Tonkatsu là món ăn có vị mới lạ hấp dẫn thích hợp thay đổi khẩu vị cho cả nhà vào những bữa ăn cuối tuần.
